Framed in the polar literary worlds of the Persian mystic Rumi and the French literary essayist Roland Barthes, Speak, Love studies the barriers of perception in conveying the essence of love. Through an elegant blending of text, psycho-sexual imagery and historical courtship rituals, Speak, Love is a an intellectually muscular examination of human solitude.
